Q: How are your bands different from other online retailers?
A: We strive to provide the most high quality products! Our bands are highly durable and offer a pattern that will not fade or dull. As of September 2020, each silicone band is embossed with the Fancy Bands logo so you can ensure you are receiving a high quality product. This is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on our bands.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: We are exclusively online retail. Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale.
Q: How long does it take to get my band?
A: We ship Monday-Friday, using USPS 2-6 day shipping within the US, from outside Austin, Texas, so most US addresses should receive their order within 3-7 business days.
Q: My band says it has been shipped but tracking hasn't updated. Where is it?
A: On rare occasions, shipping can be delayed. If you experience an unusually long delivery time, please reach out to your local post office. If the package is deemed lost or they are unable to locate it, email our Customer Service Support Specialist.
Q: What should I do if I need to return or exchange a band?
A: We will allow returns/exchanges on any purchase within 30 Days. No questions asked. Fancy Bands has two refund options to choose from.
A few things to note:
- Shipping and handling charges will not be credited.
- You will be provided with an optional return label at a cost of $2.99. You will only be charged if you choose to use the label provided.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To return your products, please enter information at bottom of the page and submit a request. Once submitted you will receive an RMA#. Please note that returns received without an RMA# will not be processed.
Exchanges: Choose store credit and you will receive a Fancy Bands gift card, sent via email, to the value of your return. You can click here to begin your exchange. (You will select 'return' at the bottom of the page to get you started. On the next screen you will have the option of an exchange or refund)
Refunds/Partial Refunds: Please choose refund to original payment and allow 3-5 business days for transaction to appear on bank or credit card statement once the product has been received back to Fancy Bands and you have received confirmation of the refund via email. Defective: If your band is defective, please email our Customer Service Support Specialist. They will be happy to assist you!
Q: What if I don't have a printer for my return label?
A: No worries, make sure to include your RMA # that you get after filling out the online form so that it can be processed and send back to us through the local post office to:

Q: Have you received my return?
A: You will receive an email notification when your item has been received and the refund or exchange will be processed at that time.
Q:How much are shipping costs?
A:Within the US, shipping prices are $2.99 for First Class, and $7.98 for Priority. Orders over $35 are free shipping!
Q: Do your bands fit all apple watches?
A: All of our bands fit every series of Apple Watch. Our silicone bands come in small/medium and medium/large lengths.
Q: How do i know what size my apple watch is?
A: On the back of the watch face, there is the size as in the picture below
Changing Out Bands:
Q: How do I change out my current bands for my new Fancy Band?
A: On the underside of your Apple Watch will be two silver buttons. Hold a button down as you gently slide your old band out of the channel. Repeat on the other side. To install your new bands, simply slip the flat part of the band into the channel. Prepare to be Fancy!
Q: Do you carry FitBit/Samsung bands?
A: We only carry Apple Watch bands and accessories at this time.
Q: Do you have x style/pattern?

Q: What should I do if the pattern/size I want is out of stock?
A: On the right hand side of the band page, there will be a red tab that says "email me when available" click there and enter your email address and as soon as band is restocked you will be notified!
