Shipping Information

Turnaround:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday from our facility just outside Austin, Texas.

Domestic Shipping:

Carriers: We use USPS and UPS Ground. Please note that UPS does not deliver or pick up on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times: Most US addresses will receive their products within 2-8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by the shipping company.

Shipping Rates: Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50.00, a shipping fee of $4.99 is charged. Rates are based on the weight of your products and your location. Final shipping costs are shown before completing your purchase.

International Shipping:

Carriers: We use DHL and  UPS for international shipping to ensure efficient delivery.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-30 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. You will be informed of the shipping cost before finalizing your order.

Customs and Duties: Customs fees and import duties are calculated and collected upfront at checkout. These charges are mandatory, non-refundable, and necessary for international shipments.

Order Tracking:

Every order is provided with a tracking number. We update your order with the tracking information as soon as it is shipped.

Address Issues (Return to Sender):

If an order is returned because the shipper could not deliver to the address provided or if you refuse delivery, we will issue a refund minus any to-and-from shipping charges and applicable taxes & fees that we incur.

Delivery Issues:

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, it may be marked as "delivered" when it reaches your local post office, not when it is delivered to your address. Please allow 1-2 extra business days after the "delivered date" for the package to arrive.

Tracking Says Order Was Delivered, But i Have Not Received It?

 

USPS "delivered date" is usually the cause of this confusion. USPS systems sometimes mark an order as "delivered" when the package is scanned at your local post office. Depending on the staffing at your local post office, your mailman might not be able to put the package in your mailbox that same day. So please allow 1-2 extra business days (depending on where you live) after the "delivered date" to receive the package.

For returns to the original form of payment or for store credit:

  • USA (Domestic): There is a small shipping fee of $5.99 for refunds. Returns for store credit are free.
  • Canada: Customers in Canada will be provided with a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund or the store credit issued.
  • International (excluding Canada): Customers outside the USA, excluding Canada, must send items back at their own expense. No return label will be provided. Returns for store credit or refund are available. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping may sometimes exceed the value of the merchandise. The return address will be provided upon completion of the return form through our portal.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is brand new and unworn, and must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust returns if items are not received in their original condition.
  • If the exchange item is out of stock, customers in the USA will receive a store credit for the original amount paid.
  • International Returns (excluding Canada): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns for refund or store credit are available, but customers must arrange and pay for shipping themselves. The return address will be provided upon completion of the return form through our portal.
  • Note: Exchanges or returns for store credit do not qualify for any additional discount codes or rewards.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. Notification will be sent via email when the return or exchange is processed.
