Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Central Brands LLC, doing business as Fancy Bands ("Fancy Bands," "we," "us," or "our"), to the original purchaser ("you" or "Customer") of products sold at fancybands.net. Our business address is 797 Sam Bass Rd #2452, Round Rock, Texas 78681. For warranty questions or claims, contact us at customer-support@fancybands.net.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country. Nothing in this Warranty affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

1. Products covered

This Warranty applies to all products sold by Fancy Bands at fancybands.net to the original purchaser, including but not limited to:

Apple Watch bands
Samsung watch bands
Fitbit watch bands
iPhone cases and other phone cases
Crossbody purses and bags
AirTag holders
Charms and accessories

This Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Fancy Bands at fancybands.net. Products purchased from third-party resellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers are not covered.

2. What we warrant

We warrant that, under normal use and care, our products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser (the "Warranty Period").

For purposes of this Warranty, "lifetime" means the lifetime of the original retail purchaser who bought the product from fancybands.net. This Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to any subsequent owner, recipient, or third party.

3. When the Warranty begins

The Warranty Period begins on the date your product is delivered to you. Any repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

4. Proof of purchase

To make a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase from fancybands.net, such as your order number or order confirmation email. We reserve the right to verify proof of purchase against our records before processing any claim.

5. What this Warranty does not cover

This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, discoloration, and stretching.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, or failure to follow product instructions.
Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, prolonged sun exposure, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or solvents.
Damage caused by repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than Fancy Bands.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or non-authorized channels.
Products on which identifying marks have been removed or defaced.
Theft, loss, or damage during shipping by a carrier (handled separately under our shipping process).
Any product after it has been transferred from the original purchaser to another person.

6. How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Support team at customer-support@fancybands.net and include:

Your order number or order confirmation email (proof of purchase).
The product name and, if available, the variant or size.
A clear description of the defect or issue.
Photographs or short video clearly showing the defect.

We will acknowledge your claim within five (5) business days of receipt and aim to provide a decision within fifteen (15) business days. We may ask for additional information or ask you to return the product for inspection.

If we ask you to return the product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense. Do not return any product without first receiving instructions from us — products returned without authorization may not be processed.

7. Our remedy

If we determine that a product is defective and covered by this Warranty, we will, at our option:

Repair the product, or
Replace the product with the same or a substantially similar product (subject to availability), or
Issue store credit for the original purchase price of the product.

If repair, replacement, and store credit are all impractical (for example, because a product line has been discontinued and you do not wish to accept store credit), we will issue a refund of the original purchase price to the original payment method. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty.

8. Limitations on implied warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the Warranty Period stated above. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

For customers in California: nothing in this Warranty is intended to disclaim or limit the implied warranty of merchantability or any other consumer protection provided to you under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability under this Warranty is limited to the remedies described in Section 7. In no event shall Fancy Bands be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to any product or its use, including but not limited to damage to other property, lost profits, or loss of use. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

10. International customers

If you purchased your product from outside the United States, your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country (including, where applicable, EU consumer protection law and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015) apply in addition to this Warranty. Nothing in this Warranty limits, replaces, or excludes those statutory rights.

11. Changes to this Warranty

We may update this Warranty from time to time. Any change applies only to products purchased on or after the effective date of the updated Warranty. The Warranty in effect on the date you purchased your product continues to apply to that product. The most current version of this Warranty is available at fancybands.net/pages/warranty-policy.

12. Product availability

We may discontinue any product at any time. If a product covered by this Warranty becomes unavailable and we cannot repair or replace it, we will offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or refund of the original purchase price under Section 7.

13. Entire agreement

This Warranty, together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, represents the entire understanding between you and Fancy Bands regarding the warranty coverage for products you purchase from us. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
