Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Fancy Bands ("Fancy") to the original purchaser ("Customer") of the watch bands and other products ("Product") manufactured and sold by Fancy Bands.

1. Warranty Coverage

Fancy Bands warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the Product as defined herein. The Warranty is valid only for Products purchased directly from Fancy Bands or its authorized resellers.

2. Warranty Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration of the Product.
• Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear of the Product, including but not limited to scratches, fading, and discoloration.
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or maintenance of the Product.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or non-authorized channels.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer shall promptly notify Fancy Bands by contacting Fancy Bands' Customer Support Department at customer-support@fancybands.net.

The Customer may be required to provide proof of purchase and details of the claimed defect or damage.

4. Fancy Bands' Obligations

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, Fancy Bands will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective Product.
• Replace the defective Product with an equivalent product, subject to availability.
• Issue store credit for the purchase price of the defective Product.

Fancy Bands reserves the right to request the return of the defective Product, at its expense, for examination and verification of the claimed defect.

Any repaired or replaced Product will be covered by this Warranty for the remaining period of the original Warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fancy Bands' liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or issuance of store credit for the Product as specified in Section 4 above.

In no event shall Fancy Bands be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the Product or its use, even if Fancy Bands has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Right to Alter the Limited Lifetime Warranty

Fancy Bands reserves the right to alter, modify, or update this Limited Lifetime Warranty at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Warranty will be available on Fancy Bands' official website.

7. Product Availability

Fancy Bands endeavors to provide the Product for the lifetime of the Warranty as stated herein. However, Fancy Bands reserves the right to discontinue the production and sale of the Product at any time without prior notice.

If the Product becomes unavailable due to discontinuation or other reasons beyond Fancy Bands' control, Fancy Bands shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the unavailability of the Product.

In the event that the Product is no longer available, Fancy Bands may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement product of similar value or issue store credit equivalent to the value of the Product at the time of discontinuation.

By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Warranty represents the entire understanding between the Customer and Fancy Bands regarding the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
